Who We Are
Our Practice
We are an innovative practice that has embraced our farm's natural environment and animals in our work with people. Young people who love animals, enjoy their time here and our adult clients enjoy the "non-clinical" feel of the setting. Our winter office is located in our small log barn which includes a wood stove, relaxing music and eclectic decor. During the warmer seasons, sessions are often outside in unique sitting areas. Our experience enables us to offer effective individualized, mental health care. We provide counselling for a number of mental health challenges resulting in opportunity to grow and achieve happiness.
Our Treatment Focus
Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a unique natural space, listening to concerns, and customizing strategies of develop wellness strategies and plans.

We are committed to support our clients and families every step of the way towards a wellness journey. Our goal is to help individuals grow from struggles, heal from pain, and move forward to feeling increased happiness and joy.
Our Therapy
Happiness
Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at any age. These feelings can hinder feelings of joy. Through counseling, we are able to help recover motivation, perspective, and joy.
Life Challenges
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
Relationships
Understanding relationships can be beneficial to individuals who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection,. Counselling sessions are held 1:1 or ( at times including other significant others), in a supportive environment to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your important relationships in your life.
